We have our own quote applications. We have made sure that the form fields 'jive' with your quote apps for Auto and Home in various comparative raters, so they can be easily submitted.
To create an application, follow these steps:
1. Within the "Details" page of a Prospect/Lead, under the "Quote/Opportunities" tab, you may choose to create an Opportunity (first) or you can skip that step, go straight to "Quotes/Submissions", and click on "Applications"
2. The system will display a list of existing quote applications. Next to "Quote Applications", click on the blue "Add New" button and select "Personal Auto" (for rating).
3. Fill out the application and click on "Save changes"
Notes:
1. You do not need an existing Prospect to start an Auto quote. You can go to your main navigation menu, click on "+" (at the very top), click on "Quote Applications," and then click on "Personal Auto."
2. Notice that, in addition to the Personal Auto application from scratch, there is an option to create an application directly from an existing Auto policy. (It's the last option in the same drop-down menu in the previous note.)
