The new "Actions" drop-down menu in the "Carrier Downloads" session details ("View and Merge Changes") screen has the following options:

Here is a brief explanation of what those actions do:

DOWNLOAD: Allows you to download the XML version of the AL3 files that came from IVANS or were imported manually. Users can download the entire session (all records) or just the records they select by marking the check-boxes.

BRIDGE: This option is for agencies that have defined a Webservices (or API) URL where we can send the XMLs. The URL is defined in the Agency "Profile".

"Merge and Export to InfusionSoft": If your agency has an integrated Infusionsoft account, you can send the download records to Infusionsoft with the appropriate transaction tag (described in a separate article).
